Terms of service
These terms apply when you use Cordyna Local. By signing in, you agree to them.
The service
Cordyna Local lets an agency view and manage reviews, performance numbers and listing details for Google Business Profiles, and post replies to reviews. It is provided as is, and it depends on Google's services being available.
Your account
You sign in with a Cordyna account. You are responsible for what is done under your account, and for keeping your sign-in codes private.
Profiles you connect
- You may connect only a Google account that owns or manages the profiles in it, and only with the permission of the business that owns each profile.
- An agency is responsible for having a written arrangement with each client whose profile it manages.
- You must follow Google's own policies for Business Profiles, including its review and content policies.
Replies
AI-written suggestions are only drafts. Nothing is posted to Google until a person on your team approves it. You are responsible for every reply you publish, so check its facts, its tone and that it breaks no law or Google policy.
What you must not do
- Post fake reviews, or ask for reviews in a way Google forbids.
- Use the service to harass, mislead or spam anyone.
- Try to get at another agency's data, or to disrupt the service.
Your data
Your data stays yours. How we handle data from Google is set out in our privacy policy.
Ending
You can stop using Cordyna Local and disconnect your Google account at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or if Google withdraws our access to its APIs.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by changes to Google's services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
